Position Statement: Housing on Lots less than 100m2

This Position Statement provides guidance to both proponents and decision-makers on the location and development of houses on lots less than 100m2, to ensure consistent application across Western Australia.

There is growing interest across the State in providing lots less than 100m2 and associated single houses. This type of development can assist housing affordability, promote dwelling diversity and choice, and support ‘downsizing’ options.
