This amendment proposes to rezone approximately 18.66 ha being portions of Lots 61 Roland Road and Lot 1001 Kilburn Road, Parkerville located to the south of the Clutterbuck Creek from the Rural zone to the Urban zone in the MRS.
This amendment will facilitate further planning to enable the development of the amendment area for low-density residential purposes.
The WAPC certifies that, in its opinion, the proposed amendment does not constitute a substantial alteration to the MRS.
