A Container Deposit Scheme Infrastructure draft position statement has been developed and released for public comment.
The draft statement sets out how container deposit scheme infrastructure should be considered and assessed in the Western Australian planning system.
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking your comment on the draft position statement. The draft statement provides guidance to both proponents and decision-makers on the location and implementation of scheme infrastructure and therefore the WAPC is seeking views from all interested stakeholders.
