PRS minor amendment 041/57 - Public drinking water source protection areas

The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) is seeking comment on a proposal to amend the Peel Region Scheme for land in the local government areas of Murray and Waroona.

The amendment seeks to remove the Water Catchments – Special Control Area from the land where the Public Drinking Water Source Areas have been abolished.

    Submissions close 5.00pm Monday 14 October 2019. Late submissions will not be considered.

    The amendment report and plans, which explain the proposal, are available for viewing in person from 12 July 2019 to 14 October 2019 at the following locations:
