Case study 1 - Inner metro infill lot
This case study has been developed to assist both assessors and proponents in applying SPP7.3 R-Codes Volume 2 Apartments. With six Design Elements featured, the plans detail some key observations outlining the positive, neutral and negative elements for a hypothetical site.
Please note that this case study is an example of applied practice highlighting some possible solutions. It is not to be used as an exemplar solution as proposals need to be responsive to context and site specific constraints and opportunities.
