Case studies have been developed to assist in the application of Design WA Stage 1
These case studies have been developed to assist both assessors and proponents in applying SPP7.3 R-Codes Volume 2 Apartments. With six Design Elements featured, the plans detail some key observations outlining the positive, neutral and negative elements for a hypothetical site.
Please note that these case studies are an example of applied practice highlighting some possible solutions. They are not to be used as an exemplar solution as proposals need to be responsive to context and site specific constraints and opportunities.
