The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has sought comment on a proposal to amend the Peel Region Scheme for land in the Shire of Murray.
The Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has considered all submissions in regard to Peel Region Scheme Amendment 046/41 (Nambeelup Industrial Zone – Lot 221 Lakes Road and Parts of Lot 400 Paterson Road, Nambeelup.
This amendment was first published in the Government Gazette of 18 April 2019. The amendment is shown on WAPC plan number 3.2727.
The amendment has been approved by the Governor in accordance with the requirements of the Planning and Development Act 2005. It will now be tabled in both Houses of Parliament, where it must remain for 12 sitting days. During this time either House may, by resolution, disallow the amendment. As soon as the amendment is no longer subject to disallowance, it becomes legally effective.
