Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Clause 27 of the Metropolitan Region Scheme, the Western Australian Planning Commission resolved on 19 February 2020 to transfer land from the urban deferred zone to the urban zone, as shown on plan number 4.1657.
This amendment is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
