Please be advised that approved verbal deputations are allocated three (3) minutes to present at the meeting. Submitters are encouraged, where possible, to provide a written submission.

Written submissions

Should you wish to provide a written submission in place of a verbal deputation, your written submission should be attached to this request. Written submissions received after the deadline may not be accepted.  Written submissions will be considered by Members as part of the decision-making process on the item and will be noted in the minutes of the meeting.

Verbal deputations

Requests for verbal deputations will be determined by the WAPC Chairman based on individual merit and likely contribution to assist in the consideration and determination of the item.

Please submit the below form no later than 9.30am two (2) business days prior to the commencement of the meeting.
