The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority has granted Chevron Australia development approval for their Australian headquarters.

The headquarters will be located on Lot 7 at Elizabeth Quay, on the corner of The Esplanade and Barrack Street.

The $360 million 30-storey multi-use tower incorporates more than 52,000 square metres of office floor space including lobby, exhibition spaces and conference facilities.

The lower levels include childcare and gymnasium space with retail tenancies and café/restaurants on the ground floor, to activate large areas of open plaza facing into Elizabeth Quay.
