Experts sought for the State Design Review Panel

The State Design Review Panel (SDRP) will be appointing new panel members from January 2022 for a period of two years.

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified built environment professionals with expertise in a range of disciplines including, but not limited to, architecture, landscape architecture, urban design, planning, heritage, sustainability and environmental design, master planning, accessibility and universal design, education, public health, transport planning, infrastructure planning, public art and engineering.

Government Architect and SDRP Chair Rebecca Moore chaired the 100th SDRP review in June.

Since its inception the SDRP has grown from two reviews to 12 per month, and last financial year a total of 80 reviews were held.

With current memberships due to expire at the end of this year expressions of interest are now open for new members to join for a term of two years.

SDRP continues to review State significant projects, METRONET projects, and proposals in the State Development Assessment Unit Pathway, to achieve better design outcomes for the community.
