​Regional Land Booster to gear up the economy and support local jobs in the Wheatbelt, Kimberley, Mid-West, Peel, South-West, Gascoyne and Great Southern regions.

$116 million affordable land package driving growth in the Wheatbelt

The McGowan Government's $116 million Regional Land Booster is set to boost the economy and jobs in the Wheatbelt, with 191 development-ready lots receiving a reduction in price. 

The reduced DevelopmentWA lots include industrial, commercial and residential lots throughout the Wheatbelt region.

Single residential lot prices in Cervantes now start from $105,000, saving land buyers up to $42,900.

Other areas included in the Regional Land Booster within the Wheatbelt region include:

  • Darkan Town residential, with all lots priced at $25,000, saving land buyers up to $25,000
  • A Cervantes multi-residential lot now priced at $595,000 saving $145,900
  • Williams residential, with prices from $57,000
  • Wundowie residential, with prices from $75,000
  • Avon Industrial Park, with prices from $239,800  

Delivering more affordable land in the Wheatbelt region is expected to stimulate the local building and construction sector, driving business investment and creating local jobs.

The Regional Land Booster comes in addition to the State Government's $20,000 Building Bonus Grant and the Commonwealth Government's HomeBuilder grant.

Eligible land buyers will be able to take advantage of up to $69,000 in State and Commonwealth building and homeownership grants.

$116 million affordable land package driving growth in the Kimberley

The McGowan Government's $116 million Regional Land Booster is set to boost the economy and jobs in the Kimberley, with 134 development ready lots receiving a reduction in price. 

The reduced DevelopmentWA lots include industrial, commercial and residential lots throughout the Kimberley region.

Lots in the popular Broome North residential estate will now start from $165,000, a reduction of up to $39,000.

Other areas included in the Regional Land Booster within the Kimberley region include:

  • Broome Road Industrial Park, with prices from $462,000
  • Coolibah residential lots in Kununurra, with prices from $130,000
  • Lakeside Park residential lots in Kununurra with prices from $113,250
  • Weaber Plain Light industrial lots (Kununurra) with prices from $227,500.

$116m affordable land package driving growth in the Peel

The McGowan Government's $116 million Regional Land Booster is set to boost the economy and jobs in the Peel region, with 25 development-ready lots receiving a reduction in price. 

The reduced DevelopmentWA lots include industrial, commercial and residential lots throughout the Peel region.

Lot prices in Mandurah Junction Stage 2 now start from $90,000, saving land buyers up to $11,000.

Other areas included in the Regional Land Booster within the Peel region include the Pinjarra Industrial Estate, with prices from $235,400.

Delivering more affordable land in the Peel region is expected to stimulate the local building and construction sector, driving business investment and creating local jobs.

The McGowan Government's $116 million Regional Land Booster is set to boost the economy and jobs in the Mid-West, with 134 development-ready lots receiving a reduction in price. 

The reduced DevelopmentWA lots include industrial, commercial and residential lots throughout the Mid-West region.

Lot prices for single residential lots in Kalbarri now start from $85,000, saving land buyers $14,000.

Other areas included in the Regional Land Booster within the Mid-West region include:

  • Kalbarri industrial lots starting from $115,500
  • Green Head Town, with residential prices from $81,000
  • Leeman residential, with prices from $83,000
  • Cue residential, with all lots now priced at $10,000.

Lot prices in Collie now start from $88,000, saving land buyers from $7,000 up to $25,000.

Other areas included in the Regional Land Booster within the South-West region include:

  • Collie Light Industrial, with prices from $140,250
  • Walpole Light Industrial, with prices from $96,250

Delivering more affordable land in the South West region is expected to stimulate the local building and construction sector, driving business investment and creating local jobs.

The McGowan Government's $116 million Regional Land Booster is set to boost the economy and jobs in the Gascoyne region, with 40 development-ready lots receiving a reduction in price. 

The reduced DevelopmentWA lots include industrial, commercial and residential lots throughout the Gascoyne region.

Lot prices in Denham now start from $84,000, with savings starting from $28,000.

Other areas included in the Regional Land Booster within the Gascoyne region include:

  • Carnarvon Cornish Street Light Industrial, with prices from $114,950; and
  • Carnarvon NorthWater residential, with prices from $98,000. 

Delivering more affordable land in the Gascoyne region is expected to stimulate the local building and construction sector, driving business investment and creating local jobs.

$116m affordable land package driving growth in the Great Southern

The McGowan Government's $116 million Regional Land Booster is set to boost the economy and jobs in the Great Southern, with 51 development-ready lots receiving a reduction in price. 

The reduced DevelopmentWA lots include industrial, commercial and residential lots throughout the Great Southern region.

Lot prices in Borden and Cranbrook are all priced at $25,000, saving land buyers from $9,000 up to $30,000.

Other areas included in the Regional Land Booster within the Great Southern region include:

  • Denmark Light Industrial, with prices from $297,000 with savings up to $43,000;
  • Katanning, with prices for residential land from $24,000; and
  • Rocky Gully, with prices for residential land from $15,000. 

At Albany's Middleton Beach, the Regional Land Booster will enable DevelopmentWA to re-engage with the development industry and consider a broader range of offers for the hotel site.

Land price adjustments will also be made to the six innovative terrace homes at Middleton Beach, being constructed by DevelopmentWA.

Delivering more affordable land in the Great Southern region is expected to stimulate the local building and construction sector, driving business investment and creating local jobs.
